Our refund policy is extremely seamless. However, these considerations are to be noted:

1. We can exclusively accommodate exchanges for products that are in their original packaging and maintain their pristine, factory-fresh condition. Shoes eligible for exchange must not exhibit any indications of wear, scuff marks on the outsole or upper, or any form of alteration. Items that do not meet these criteria and are not in factory mint condition will regrettably be returned to the customer, with the associated costs to be borne by them.

2. For exchanges within the country, we will process a refund to the same account used for your initial purchase. This will enable you to select a suitable replacement of your choice. The special pricing and offers that applied to your original order will seamlessly transition to your upcoming order. Kindly ensure that you include details of your original offer or promotion with the return, so that we can ensure it’s included along with your refund.
